Prices
The prices of our VAT obliged products include 25% VAT. If the VAT, taxes or other fees change, the prices of our products will change correspondingly.
Order
All orders are binding. You will receive an order confirmation per e-mail with all necessary information. You will also receive information on e-mail when your order is processed.
Regret of a purchase from IFS Publications
The purchase will not be closed until you see and approve of the product. If you regret a purchase, please give us a notice on e-mail, or return the product in complete packaging within 14 days from the date when you received the product. In case you regret a purchase, please let us know the reason why you return the product. When returning a product, you can either exchange it with another item or receive your money back. If you have received the product without a regret-form, the period allowed for cancellation will be extended to three months.
Return of a product is conditioned by the product being unused, with all labels on and the original packaging attached.
In case of return of a product by post, the customer pays the return expenses, and is in charge of the risk of transport. Fill out the regret-form, and document what kind of product you are returning. When the product has been returned in undamaged state, your money will be repayed within 30 days.
